Booking PD with AAC
AAC is available to provide custom professional learning, either in-person or through virtual meetings.
Costs are increasing everywhere, and because we all know the benefit of ongoing embedded professional learning, AAC is offering a graduated fee structure to help make ongoing professional learning more affordable for our members.

High-quality assessment starts with clarity. These sessions focus on clarifying learning outcomes, success criteria, and aligning instruction and assessment with curricular intent.

- Backward Design and Assessment Mapping
- Differentiated and Inclusive Assessment Strategies (UDL)
Formative assessment drives learning by providing feedback and next steps during the learning process. These sessions focus on strategies that make learning visible and responsive.

- Gathering Evidence through Observation and Conversation
- Assessment as Learning (self and peer assessment for student ownership)
- Honoring the Formative Assessment Journey over a Final Score
Summative assessments should fairly and accurately represent student learning. These sessions explore practices that ensure integrity, transparency, and consistency.
